Wild Color Kit
Making paint in the field from local soils is the ultimate in place-based field arts expression.
This very limited edition kit is a complete workshop and DIY wild color kit in a handmade leather pouch, which closes with two magnets. See video for a complete tour of the kit.
Inside you will find:
Compact instructions in the form of a little ‘zine.
Mini ceramic mortar and pestle for mixing your pigment
Watercolor binder (in a little glass vial).
Plastic dropper for adding binder to the mortar.
Palette knife (nylon) for scraping paint.
Coffee filters and a stainless steel strainer for isolating your pigment from a solution.
